  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil:
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin:
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt:
  • 2 3 tablespoons (30 45 ml) cold water:
  • Pinch of smoked paprika or sumac: optional garnish
  • Drizzle of olive oil: optional garnish
  • Fresh parsley: chopped optional garnish

Step 1:
