- 1/4 cup (60 g) tahini:

- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) extra virgin olive oil:
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin:
- 1/2 teaspoon salt:
- 2 3 tablespoons (30 45 ml) cold water:
- Pinch of smoked paprika or sumac: optional garnish
- Drizzle of olive oil: optional garnish
- Fresh parsley: chopped optional garnish
Instructions
- Step 1:
- Add the chickpeas, lemon juice, tahini, garlic, olive oil, cumin, and salt to a food processor.
