03 - Evenly spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet to form a layer approximately 1/3 inch thick.
04 - Distribute the mixed red berries evenly over the yogurt layer.
05 - Sprinkle chopped nuts, shredded coconut, and lemon zest on top if desired.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the yogurt to ensure adhesion.
07 - Freeze uncovered for at least 3 hours or until fully firm.
